Hire senior full-stack developers
Senior means having already been wrong about something at scale and having changed how you build because of it. The work below is mostly systems that had to survive load, cost scrutiny, or both.
We work your hours
Florianópolis, Brazil, UTC−3 — one to two hours ahead of US Eastern, four to five ahead of Pacific. A shared workday, not a handoff. How nearshore works.

What we build
- Product engineering, front to back
- Interfaces and the services behind them, owned by the same people, so the API shape and the screen it feeds are designed together.
- API and data modelling
- Domains modelled so they don't rot — the difference between a schema you extend for three years and one you migrate away from in one.
- Pipelines and orchestration
- Airflow and equivalent, including migrations off brittle CI-as-orchestrator setups that nobody can reason about.
- Performance and scale
- Finding the actual bottleneck. One routing job we inherited took five minutes; decomposed into microservices it finished in under thirty seconds.
- Cloud cost reduction
- Kubernetes and infrastructure rework where the bill is the problem. We have taken $30,000 a month out of one client's cloud spend.

Proof
CoinPanel
Retail trading tooling that institutional clients would have outgrown immediately. We built a React trading platform and a rule engine with no fixed rule ceiling; it held 60,000 concurrent trades without degrading.

Start small, expand on evidence.
No twelve-week discovery phase. The fastest way to find out whether this works is to put something in production.
- 01
A call, not a questionnaire
Thirty minutes on what you are building and what is in the way. If we are not the right shop, we will say so on that call.
- 02
A scoped first slice
One real deliverable with a defined edge — an eval suite, a storefront section, a pipeline that was too slow. Small enough to judge, big enough to matter.
- 03
Embedded delivery
In your tools, your review process, your standups. Because we work your hours, review cycles close the same day.
- 04
Expand or stop, on evidence
The first slice tells you what we are worth. Scale up, or walk away having spent very little finding out.
Hire senior full-stack developers: common questions
Can you join an existing codebase, or only greenfield?
Mostly existing. Every engagement listed on this site except a couple involved inheriting someone else's code, including code whose authors had left. Reading unfamiliar systems quickly is the core skill of contract work.
Do you do DevOps and infrastructure, or only application code?
Both. Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability are part of the same job — a service you can't deploy, monitor or afford isn't finished. One engagement was owning the infrastructure end to end alongside the application.
How do you handle code review and quality when you're remote?
In your process, not a parallel one. We work in your repo, open normal pull requests, and get reviewed by your team. Because we work US hours, review cycles happen the same day rather than accumulating overnight.
What if we need to scale the team up mid-project?
Worth asking us directly rather than assuming — we are a small senior firm, not a bench, and we would rather tell you where our capacity ends than staff a role badly to keep an engagement.
